Service 01 — Data Licensing & Feeds

The full Canadian location dataset, on your terms.

Some teams don't need an API — they need the data. Neighbourly offers bulk data licensing and scheduled feeds for organizations that have their own data infrastructure and want to load Canadian location data directly into their databases, data warehouses, or analytics platforms.

Every licensed dataset ships with stable geographic identifiers — neighbourhood slugs, municipality codes, FSA linkage, census division codes — so you can join across datasets and build your own aggregation layer without being locked into our API.

  • Bulk exports of neighbourhood boundaries (GeoJSON), demographics, permit records, and address-level data
  • Scheduled feed delivery — daily, weekly, or monthly updates pushed to your S3 bucket, SFTP, or warehouse
  • Custom geographic scopes — national, provincial, or city-by-city licensing based on your coverage needs
  • Schema documentation and stable identifier mapping to connect Canadian location data with your existing records
  • Redistribution and white-labelling terms available for data products you're building for external users

Service 02 — Custom Integrations

Get Neighbourly data into your systems without the integration debt.

API documentation only gets you so far. If you're integrating Canadian location data into an existing CRM, data warehouse, MLS platform, insurance underwriting system, or custom analytics stack, the real work is in the mapping, normalization, and enrichment logic — not the HTTP calls.

Neighbourly's team works directly with yours to design and build the integration layer. We scope the enrichment workflow, handle the address-to-boundary resolution logic, and make sure the data lands in your system in the shape you need — so your engineers can focus on the product, not the plumbing.

  • Integration scoping — understanding your existing data model, systems, and what Canadian location context you need to add
  • Address normalization and resolution pipeline — mapping your address inventory to Neighbourly IDs at scale
  • Enrichment workflow design — which API endpoints to call, when, and at what granularity for your use case
  • Ongoing enrichment scheduling — keeping your records current as new permit, demographic, and boundary data lands
  • Data model documentation so your team understands and owns the integration after handoff

Service 03 — Built Products & White-Label

Ship a Canadian analytics product without building one from scratch.

You don't always have the time or the team to build a neighbourhood analytics product from the ground up. Neighbourly offers pre-built, configurable products that you can embed in your platform or ship under your own brand — ready to go in weeks, not quarters.

Our built products are designed to be white-labelled: your logo, your colour scheme, your domain. They're powered by Neighbourly data and infrastructure under the hood — but your customers never need to know that. You own the customer relationship. We own the data layer.

  • Neighbourhood report modules — embeddable React/iframe components showing price, demographics, permits, and character for any Canadian neighbourhood
  • Market heat map widgets — choropleth price and growth maps using real neighbourhood boundaries, ready to embed in any listing portal or search product
  • Growth market index — scored, ranked neighbourhood intelligence published as a quarterly data product or embeddable widget
  • Permit pipeline dashboards — supply-side intelligence by neighbourhood, ready to embed in brokerage, lender, or developer tools
  • White-label API — serve Neighbourly data under your own subdomain and brand for enterprise platform clients

Service 04 — Strategic Partnerships

Build the Canadian location data infrastructure together.

Some of the best products in the Canadian market get built when a data company and a domain expert work as partners — not vendor and customer. If you have deep domain expertise, distribution, or proprietary data that complements what Neighbourly offers, we want to talk about building something together.

Neighbourly has worked with real estate boards, insurance platforms, municipal governments, and investment analytics firms to co-develop data products, shared infrastructure, and market intelligence tools that neither party could have built alone.

  • Co-developed data products — combine your proprietary data with Neighbourly's location intelligence for a product neither of us could build alone
  • Data exchange arrangements — structured data sharing agreements where both parties contribute and benefit
  • Joint go-to-market — co-branded market intelligence products targeted at specific Canadian verticals
  • Shared infrastructure — multi-tenant data platforms where Neighbourly handles the location layer at scale
  • Government and municipal data partnerships — working with public sector organizations on housing, planning, and infrastructure intelligence
